"Ah, You will drive me to see The Baltics?" Russia asked, finding it a bit strange that his sister would offer him such a thing.
"Of course I will. I'd do anything for my brother." She said, smiling her best and innocent smile.
"I suppose it is time for me to see them again, Da?" Russia Stood, finishing whatever vodka bottle he held in his hand. "But this time, no hurting Toris, Da?"
"Da, Brother." She said with a giggle, trying to be cute. Russia didn't seem to get this though.

They climbed into Belarus's car and started off for the Baltic states, but seemed to be heading somewhere else entirely.

I think that our culture has slowly become more and more degenerate as time goes on. Humanity is a paradox: we constantly advance in the realm of scientific knowledge, but in the realm of everyday life we have inexplicably become stupider.
Noe, this was inspired by a conversation I had the other day with a friend. At our school, one of the books listed as required reading for our year is Speak, by Laurie Halse Anderson.
If you are not familiar with it, the book is about a teenage girl who is sexually assaulted and has to deal with the resulting emotional and social issues stemming from it over the course of the next school year.
As I lie on the soft warm sheets
You stare into my eyes.

I struggle to stay covered

"No! Stop! Please let me go!" I cry out hoping you will listen
It does no good and I pray that this nightmare will end soon
I try to imagine being somewhere else more pleasant
But you are still right in front of me staring at me, grinning
You lift yourself off of me
So I take this chance to escape
But you quickly grasp
